Other types of prohibited harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and abusive conduct will also be covered in an interactive format. Supervisors will learn how to recognize problems and about their responsibility in the prevention of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and abusive conduct. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topics include reporting, bystander intervention, investigating and resolving complaints, parameters of confidentiality, and practical tips on how to stay out of trouble and keep your workplace harassment-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the past, only California employers with 50 or more employees were required to provide sexual harassment prevention training\u2014and only to supervisors. Effective 1\/1\/19, SB1343 requires all California employers with five (5) or more employees to provide harassment prevention training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div  class=\"tribe-block
