CPR and its impact on survival<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply the BLS concepts of the Chain of Survival<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognize the signs of someone needing CPR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Describe the importance of early use of and demonstrate correct usage of an automated external defibrillator (AED)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide effective ventilation by using a barrier device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Describe the importance of and perform as a team member during multi-rescuer resuscitation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Describe the technique for relief of
